Description
Milo and her husband, Coco, were bringing up their four puppies: Brisco, Snoopy, Tina, and Nina. Though Coco went hunting every day, he didn’t bring home any food. He left the responsibility for raising the puppies to Milo, who brought food to them every day. Snoopy was disobedient and used to disappear from home without their parents’ permission.
When caught by their mother, they denied it. One day, Milo went hunting and came across a pregnant mouse. Though her puppies had nothing to eat, she wouldn’t bring herself to take the mouse home to them. Mother’s instincts overcame her. When Milo went hunting again, she came across a pack of dogs and followed them. They led her to a group of hares. She hunted, got one, and took it home. B
risco and Snoopy were not at home. They had disappeared. Tina and Nina started playing with the hare, and just before they started eating the hare, Coco appeared, and he, too, shared in the hare’s meal. Only those who stay around benefit.
