In life, there comes a time when we feel lost and unable to move on. Sally felt lost and needed to search for herself. She travelled from Nairobi to Ikwato village up in the slopes of Mount Kenya in Central Kenya in search of the wise woman, commonly referred to as Wise Woma. She needed to have a conversation with her.

In six days through conversations, Wise Woma taught her how to find herself, rise up and walk again, using the analogy of a small child. Sally learned how to decide, assess the situation, rise up, crawl, stand up, walk, and run to the end. Many people yearn for conversations with someone who will understand them and help them sort out a situation. They want to find themselves, rise up, and walk again.
