Description
After Kiboko, the bull in the hippo herd, escaped from Mt. Longonot crater, leaving Maboko behind, it rolled down to the foot of the mountain. Three friends, Kariuki, Omollo, and Ouma, were on their way to look for work. They found Kiboko lying under some trees and interpreted his presence as a blessing from the gods of Mt. Longonot. They agreed to sell his meat in Naivasha town.
The three friends planned what they would do with their share of the proceeds from the sale of Kiboko’s meat. They dispatched Ouma to Naivasha Town to look for meat orders from two butchers, Macharia and Njoroge.
