A Night Out Alone is a story about the struggles of a woman. Many times, people make life-changing decisions hoping to change their destiny. Sally and her husband Jack had decided to move from Africa to London as economic immigrants. They left their two children in Kenya. The events of one day where Sally is torn between her loyalty to her husband and their pursuit made Sally question her and her husband’s commitment to each other and their marriage.

Sally lost her job and arrived home after a long, eventful night of struggle. Sally had a night out alone and concluded that London belongs to Londoners and not to economic immigrants. She had to go back home to Africa. However, Sally would forever remember London, which blessed her with the gift of her unborn child and the ability to question herself though she left her husband behind in another woman’s hands. She left London inspired and motivated to continue with her life.
