Brisco and Snoopy Disappear (Sahara Series 6: Dog 4)

Description

Milo and her husband Coco were bringing up their four puppies: Brisco, Snoopy, Tina and Nina. Though Coco went hunting every day, he didn’t bring home any food. He left the responsibility of bringing up the puppies to Milo, who brought food for the puppies every day. Snoopy was disobedient and used to disappear from home without their parents’ permission, when caught by their mother, he denied it. One day, Milo went hunting and came across a pregnant mouse. Though her puppies had nothing to eat, she wouldn’t bring herself to take the mouse home to her puppies. Mother’s instincts overcame her. When Milo went hunting again, she came across a pack of dogs and followed them. They lead her to a group of hares. She hunted, got one, and took it home. Brisco and Snoopy were not at home. They had disappeared. Tina and Nina started playing with the hare, and just before they started eating the hare, Coco appeared, and he, too, shared in the hare’s meal. Only those who stay around benefit.
